AtGuard

In addition to being the most robust, configurable personal firewall available, @Guard (AtGuard) lets you block ads, cookies, popups, and anything else you want while web browsing. You can specify which items to block, and which sites to block them from. It also acts as a personal firewall, letting you control exactly what traffic goes into and out of your computer. Once distributed by WRQ as shareware, AtGuard was bought up by Symantec and discontinued. (Symantec incorporated much of AtGuard's code into Norton Internet Security.) Not to worry, though; you can still find the original AtGuard right here.
