My thanks go out to all the visitors whose helpful emails made The Anvil's seven-year run possible. I simply don't have time to maintain the site these days. Maybe we'll do it again sometime!
In the meantime, I will not be sending any copies of any utilities by email or any other means. Please do not ask.
